Graduate Civil & Structural Engineer (Transport)
Job Description
Mott MacDonald Singapore is currently recruiting Civil & Structural Engineers (Graduate) to work in our Transport Sector. Within this role you will support the detailed design civil engineering and calculations, technical reporting, and support engineering tasks across a wide range of award-winning transport infrastructure projects. These projects include North-South Corridor, HS2 in the UK, Sydney Metro, Changi Airport Terminal 5 and Jakarta MRT. We are dedicated to delivering large infrastructure projects, to make a positive change for those who need it most.

As part of the role, key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and outline detailed civil engineering designs and calculations for transport infrastructure projects.
- Prepare method statement and engineering proposal
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and authority organisations.
- Visiting construction sites to carry out site inspection and site supervision
- Coordinate with various parties (team members, clients, government authorities) on design and stakeholder interface.
- Liaising and working together within the project team of engineers and drafters
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Candidate Specification
About You:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering from a good university.
- Between 0 to 1 year of experience. Fresh graduates are welcome.
- A digital aptitude, strong learning mindset and interest to commit to driving social and sustainable outcomes in all that we do.
- Collaborative, open, and constructive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A team player who is enthusiastic, driven and committed.
