Ernie Figueroa, a Senior Vice President based in Mott MacDonald's Los Angeles office, has been named the new Division General Manager for the Southwest.
Mr. Figueroa joined Mott MacDonald in June 2021 after 12 years at Parsons, during which he rose to the position of Vice President and Area Manager for Los Angeles and the Inland Empire. Before joining Parsons he was Deputy District Director for the California Department of Transportation.
