My approach to the Middle East market combines deep business knowledge with future-focused strategies, emphasising strategic growth, high-performance leadership, and targeted market engagement.
Andy Stevenson leads strategy, business development and work winning efforts in the Middle East, placing client needs at the heart of every plan, proposal and project. In his role, Andy focuses on aligning our strategies with client priorities, tailoring solutions to their unique challenges, and ensuring that exceptional talent is engaged on their projects. His approach is rooted in care, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering outcomes that exceed expectations.
Andy has more than 25 years of experience in strategy, design, and construction projects. He has played a central role in some of the region’s most transformative initiatives and gained a strong understanding of how to deliver at scale and ambition.
He joined Mott MacDonald in 2015 as projects director and then transitioned into leading the buildings, land development and transport market for our Middle East business. He has nurtured a team of specialists in feasibility and vision planning, master planning, engineering design, and construction.
By combining strategic insight with a people‑first mindset, he continues to drive innovation and strengthen the trust that underpins long‑term partnerships.
