Biography
Charlotte leads Mott MacDonald’s business change and transformation capability, supporting infrastructure clients to turn large, transformative ambitions into reality through technology, innovation and change. She helps organisations deliver complex, multi year investment strategies with confidence – ensuring effective delivery of outcomes, value and efficiency across capital programmes.
Charlotte has built her career delivering transformation across transport and infrastructure clients in the UK and internationally, including supporting major programmes for Heathrow Airport and Manchester Airport Group. She is passionate about helping organisations modernise legacy operating models, strengthen programme performance and create the conditions needed for more predictable, productive and sustainable delivery.
A Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor (ICAS), Charlotte brings a strong financial and commercial grounding to transformation. She combines deep expertise in operating model design and organisational change to help clients achieve better, more efficient outcomes.
