Jo brings more than 25 years of experience in environmental consultancy and civil engineering, shaping major projects across the energy, infrastructure, water, ports and coastal sectors.
Her career is defined by a deep, lifelong enthusiasm for the natural world. As a specialist in both marine and terrestrial ecology, Jo brings expertise in protected species, biodiversity and environmental auditing.
Combining technical excellence with leadership, Jo champions innovation in ecological practice and processes and supports Mott MacDonald’s mission to deliver sustainable, climate resilient and future ready infrastructure. She is driven by a commitment to environmental and social responsibility to ensure development and environmental stewardship advance hand in hand.
