Biography
Joel Farrier is the southwest division general manager for Mott MacDonald in North America, responsible for overseeing operations and business strategy in the southwest region of the United States. In his role, Joel collaborates closely with senior leaders in the United States and Canada to meet the unique needs of our clients, including those in transportation, energy, and water.
Joel brings over 35 years of industry experience to Mott MacDonald. Prior to joining, he held business development and leadership roles at Burns & McDonnell and AECOM, where he managed projects and programs of ~$50 million in size and brought civil engineering and geotechnical solutions to prestigious clients in the US, Australia, and France. He is known for delivering strategic growth initiatives and organizational design, and is a second generation Angeleno who takes pride in his city.
