Lijo combines strategic vision with deep industry expertise, built over three decades of leading complex, high-impact projects across the Middle East. He joined Mott MacDonald in 2002, based out of the UAE, and has played a key role in the successful delivery of large-scale developments, including large buildings, ports and infrastructure projects. Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary teams across Mott MacDonald offices across the world, consistently driving collaboration and excellence.

In 2015, Lijo took on the leadership of the global delivery services business in India. Under his leadership the team has expanded significantly, becoming a vital part of the group’s global delivery capability. His leadership style is centred around support, empowerment and collaboration, fostering an environment where individuals and teams can thrive.

Known for his sharp commercial insight, Lijo has always placed a strong emphasis on aligning financial outcomes with innovation.
