Biography
Pankaj is senior vice president leading the private client portfolio in the advisory business of Mott MacDonald’s South Asia operations. In this role, he spearheads client engagement for business development and operational excellence to drive revenues and ensure profitable, sustainable growth across the portfolio.
With over 30 years of experience, Pankaj has consistently delivered value through a focus on customer delight, best practices, and productivity enhancement. Under his leadership, the portfolio has expanded through repeat client engagements and now encompasses engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) projects spanning diverse sectors including residential, healthcare, IT/ITES, commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.
His leadership is defined by the ability to align strategic growth with execution, build high-performing teams, and deliver exceptional value, positioning the portfolio as a trusted partner for complex projects.
