Paul McCormick

Paul leads our transport market in Australia, working with multidisciplinary teams to shape and deliver complex infrastructure projects that create lasting community value. With more than 40 years’ experience, his career spans major road, rail, airport and tunnelling projects across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and the United States. In 2019, Paul relocated from the UK to Australia to support some of the most significant transport infrastructure initiatives in New South Wales.

Paul brings a rare combination of strategic leadership, commercial insight and technical expertise to major project and programme delivery, leading 3500-strong teams and building trusted, long-term client relationships. He is widely respected for his pragmatic, inclusive leadership style and his commitment to delivering exceptional infrastructure outcomes.

A chartered civil engineer and Fellow of several professional institutions, including the Institute of Directors and the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, Paul is a strong advocate for lifelong learning and is passionate about developing and mentoring the next generation of transport professionals to help realise the opportunities ahead for Australia’s transport sector.
