Biography
Quadry Aiyepe is an experienced finance and forensic accounting professional with over two decades of experience in financial management and project delivery. His career with Mott MacDonald began as a deputy finance manager and his proactive approach to problem solving saw him quickly progress to more senior roles. As a finance manager in our UK water and environment business, Quadry now plays a pivotal role in supporting colleagues to deliver major projects which safeguard water security and improve climate resilience.
As well as adopting a collaborative approach to forecasting and budgeting, Quadry also champions transparent finance plans, enabling colleagues to make practical financial decisions. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing in the finance team, Quadry ensures they remains a trusted partner in project delivery.
