Biography
Rick joined Mott MacDonald in 2023 as managing director of our Saudi Arabia operations. He exemplifies purposeful leadership, steering nationwide business activities and driving strategic market growth to create a lasting impact on the Kingdom’s development. His approach is rooted in an unwavering commitment to operational excellence, sustainable progress, and innovation.
Rick’s distinguished career in architecture and engineering spans nearly three decades across three continents. Driven by a passion for reshaping skylines and leading large-scale infrastructure projects, he has devoted his professional journey to heading multidisciplinary teams, streamlining business operations and delivering world class developments.
Throughout his career, Rick has held prominent roles at globally renowned firms, where he led major initiatives, managed extensive teams and refined business strategies that advanced some of the Middle East’s most visionary developments. From overseeing iconic cultural institutions to managing site operations for landmark financial hubs, Rick has played an instrumental role in creating environments that inspire progress and drive transformation in the Middle East.
