Biography
As the managing director for Mott MacDonald’s water and environment business, Sally combines extensive cross sector leadership experience with a strong background in the water sector. A chartered civil engineer, Sally began her career in Mott MacDonald Bentley as a graduate engineer in 2009, working on water infrastructure projects and supporting asset management plan frameworks for UK water companies. In 2021, she moved into Mott MacDonald, bringing her deep technical expertise and advisory experience into a broader leadership role.
Prior to taking on her current position, she was divisional managing director for health, overseeing strategic direction, operational delivery and financial performance across the health sector in the UK and Europe. Under her leadership, Mott MacDonald’s health division set new standards in healthcare design and advisory, always striving to deliver better outcomes for communities.
