Biography
Sunil joined Mott MacDonald in 2017 and has more than 25 years of buildings industry experience. He started his career working in the US, where he spent 10 years, before moving back to India. He has worked with government and private sector clients on a variety of projects, including airports, metro system, hospitals and educational buildings. His experience spans across the US, Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Singapore and the Middle East
As buildings market lead for our global delivery services (GDS) unit, he manages buildings teams across multiple offices and he is responsible for strategy and growth. He leads multidisciplinary teams on complex and challenging projects. He has strong expertise in project development, project management and business development.
Sunil is responsible for increasing the footprint of our Bengaluru office. He played a role as health and safety internal auditor in meeting ISO 45001, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and bringing in a culture among engineers of identifying design hazards through the early stages of projects. He is passionate about engineering, sustainability and net-zero strategies.
