Biography
Tejesh joined Mott MacDonald in 2018 and has been a driving force behind the success of the electrical engineers and controls (EEC) team within our global delivery services water business in India. His leadership has helped build and nurture talent that resulted in a track record of success across the business.
As the regional practice lead for EEC for our international development, South Asia, Middle East and Africa region, Tejesh focuses on advancing infrastructure solutions. He pioneered the development of the Middle East infrastructure dry utility team for our global delivery services business in India, which has become a core part of the team’s strategic focus.
Additionally, he established a benchmark for excellence in EEC within Mott MacDonald’s Bentley Contracting UK region, leading the way in team formation and best practices. His technical expertise has led to the automation of single line diagram generation for Middle East infrastructure projects, achieving 85% efficiency savings.
Tejesh also serves as design manager for the UK Yorkshire water framework. He spearheads multidisciplinary teams in delivering complex, high-impact projects with a relentless commitment to quality, efficiency and industry leadership.
