Biography
Terry Sadler leads a team of over 600 environmental professionals with diverse specialisms ranging from ecology and waste management to town planning and stakeholder engagement. With a strategic vision, he has championed their innovative solutions to some of society’s most pressing environmental and infrastructure challenges, enabling our business to better address market needs and enhance delivery for our clients.
After more than 35 years in the construction and consultancy sector, Terry has led multidisciplinary teams to deliver major infrastructure programmes, with specialist expertise in the water and energy markets. He has a proven track record in business leadership, design management and commercial strategy.
