Biography
Tim is a technical director in Mott MacDonald’s water and environment business, focusing on supporting the delivery of the Strategic Resource Options programme. During his nearly three-decade career at Mott MacDonald, he has progressed from designer and construction supervisor on major dam and hydropower projects around the world, to leading and growing the Group’s dams and reservoirs team.
From this technical background, Tim developed his business management expertise, initially managing the environment division and later the water consulting division, before going on to lead Mott MacDonald’s European water and environment business. Tim still maintains his links to the reservoir industry as a member of the UK Government’s All Reservoir Panel of Engineers, regularly working with clients to support the safety of these critical assets.
