Biography
Amit Mukherjee is the divisional general manager of Mott MacDonald India, a global engineering, management and development consultancy.
He is currently leading a team of experts engaged in project identification, project feasibility, procurement assistance, design management, construction management and commissioning support.
Amit has a notable experience of over two decades with rich multi-faceted understanding in diverse sectors, including chemicals, petrochemicals, oil and gas, metals, industrial infrastructure and urban infrastructure.
In his career span, he has worked for several well-known clients from across the globe and personally executed complex projects as project manager, finance specialist or technical expert for private sector, governments and multi-lateral/bi-lateral agencies.
Amit has a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering and holds a postgraduate diploma in business administration with a specialisation in marketing.
