David Boyland

David is the group head of the Global Delivery Services Centre (GDSC) which provides technical and digital capabilities to support projects around the world across all stages of their lifecycle. David is responsible for driving the strategic direction and performance of the GDSC, inspiring high-performing teams and aligning its capabilities with our business priorities.

Joining the business in 1998, David has had a long-standing international project and senior management career spanning multiple continents around the world. He has contributed to the successful delivery of multiple large-scale projects for key private and public sector clients.

David previously served as the managing director of our Asia business. During his time in this role, he merged business units, implemented a change programme to significantly improve performance, and drove growth across a region of over 1,000 colleagues.

He has also been one of the key architects responsible for establishing and growing our global renewable energy business. He has been at the forefront of energy transition across Asia, including contributing to some of the region’s first and largest solar, onshore and offshore wind, hydropower and energy storage system projects.
