Mott MacDonald’s Advisory and Programme Delivery (APD) unit delivers both project, programme & commercial management (PPCM) services and advisory solutions across the built environment, defence, energy, water, environmental, transportation, health and care sectors.  

We deliver tailored solutions that directly address our clients’ key challenges, combining our world-leading project expertise with unrivalled programme delivery capabilities and advisory services. APD delivers services to projects ranging in scale and complexity up to £20bn, through the technical disciplines of programme management, project management, project controls, scheduling, cost management, estimating, infrastructure finance, management consulting, digital consulting and education, health and care management.

Candidate specification
Essential:

• Educated to degree level in either a Construction or STEM field, such as Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Economics or Computing
• Experience of producing reports for external clients including dashboards using PowerBI and/or Tableau
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Previous experience within the construction industry, ideally in the Infrastructure Sector
• Experience of working within a client facing role

Desirable:

• Previous Cost Estimating experience
• Experience undertaking measurement of quantities
• Experience working with Cost Estimating Software
