We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our Early Careers team for EUNA region.
The position will see you join our team supporting the recruiters with various aspects of the recruitment process including creating and advertising engaging job adverts, updating our ATS, coordinating interviews and general ad hoc administration.
Responsibilities of an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
- Gather the requisition details including job description, job specification and other appropriate details to raise the requisitions on SAP success factors
- Post job openings via SAP SuccessFactors and ensure visibility across relevant platforms.
- Managing all inbound emails to the early careers inbox, ensuring every applicant query is dealt with in a timely manner, escalating queries where needed.
- Providing support to the early careers recruitment team by undertaking administrative duties, including but not limited to, moving candidates through the process, scheduling interviews, along with uploading interview notes to the ATS.
- Processing all travel expenses for candidates and monitor and process invoices as directed.
- Event support - take responsibility for booking all university careers events upon direction of the Early Careers Manager, liaising with university contacts, logistics, marketing and the early careers team. Ensuring the event tracker is up to date and supporting with staffing of all events.
- Assisting with the promotion of our roles, gathering profiles for the website
- Facilitating pre joining activities including booking of office welcome events and inviting candidates
- Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout promoting Mott MacDonald as an employer of choice through thoughtful engagement and outreach
Candidate specification:
- Effective communicator who can build excellent relationships with the team and external partners
- Experience working within an administrative or coordination role providing high quality service and support
- Highly organised with excellent administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, balancing multiple priorities with ease
- Experience working in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment
- Ability to work accurately with large volumes of candidate information, demonstrating a high attention to detail
- An interest in early careers recruitment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication, clarity of thoughts and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional and regional teams
- A proactive, adaptable, and inclusive mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
