Do you enjoy the fast pace of proposal development and producing high‑quality, client‑focused submissions? Do you want to expand your skills and contribute to a supportive and national team? 

We are looking for a Bid Advisor to support our NSW market and wider national Prospects and Submissions team. This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Bid Coordinator or early-career Bid Advisor who is looking to gain broader exposure, build capability and grow confidence in supporting pursuit planning and submission delivery. 

You will play a key role in coordinating bids, supporting strategic inputs, helping teams work effectively, and contributing to national initiatives that strengthen our submissions. You will work closely with the Unit Prospect and Submissions Manager and collaborate with bid coordinators; client leads and technical teams across Australia and the APNA region. 

 

Lead and develop your team  

  • Coach and mentor Bid Coordinators 

  • Balance workloads and allocate resources across multiple bids  

  • Provide regular feedback and support to drive performance and growth  

Drive strategy and delivery  

  • Work closely with the Unit Prospect and Submissions Manager to embed strategic priorities  

  • Turn big-picture goals into bid-specific plans to maintain consistency across all  

  • Manage the delivery of high-quality submissions  

  • Share insights with others to improve the pursuit and winning of work  

  • Support workshops and strategy sessions with Client Directors and leaders  

  • Support bid strategy sessions to guide the creation of win themes, storyboards, and review plans  

  • Review final bids to ensure they meet quality and strategic standards  

Champion systems and smart ways of working  

  • Regular use of tools like CRM, Proposal Hub, and the APNA WIN Site to track and manage submissions 

  • Help refine templates, guidance and pursuit tools  

  • Deliver sharp client documents using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite and other tools as needed, using value proposition tools and documents to extract insights that strengthen our bids  

 
About You  

Bringing your expertise in proposal development, bid coordination, creation of templates and graphics, copy editing, document formatting and in producing professional submissions. You create and manage bids with flair and precision!    
 
Qualified in communications/marketing or business fields, you have advanced capabilities in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign in particular), Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint producing professional and on-brand documents.  You are a great communicator and a team player, who can collaborate with diverse stakeholders across teams and sectors.
