We are seeking a meticulous and experienced BIM Software Test Assessor to evaluate candidates' proficiency in BIM software. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the HR team to understand hiring needs, develop assessment criteria, and ensure a smooth candidate evaluation process. 
  • Conduct comprehensive testing of candidates' proficiency in BIM software to ensure they meet standards. 
  • Create detailed assessment plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and specifications of each market/sector and disciplines. 
  • Perform manual and automated testing of candidates' skills in BIM software for both Autodesk and Bentley tools  
  • Document and report candidates' strengths and areas for improvement, and provide feedback to Talent Acquisition Team. 
  • Based on the proficiency and test outcome of the candidates recommend them through TA team to the respective sectors/markets  
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in BIM technology and software testing methodologies. 
  • Assess skills of team, prepare and develop skill enhancement programs and deliver training to enhance productivity and efficiency of staff using BIM. 

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering 
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in conducting BIM assessments or training with a focus on BIM software. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM softwares latest versions (AutoDesk and Bentley) 
  • Ability to assess the candidates and their potential in using the BIM tools to execute and deliver the projects in line with Mott MacDonald’s expected standards. 
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. 
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
