As our BIM Manager, you’ll lead the digital backbone of major infrastructure and land development projects. You’ll ensure seamless collaboration, data integrity, and model accuracy—empowering teams to deliver smarter, faster, and more sustainable solutions. What You’ll Do

  • Lead the BIM Journey: Set up and manage BIM processes for complex infrastructure projects.
  • Create Excellence: Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans aligned with client requirements.
  • Set the Standards: Establish and maintain BIM and CAD standards that drive consistency and quality.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and project success.
  • Manage the Digital Hub: Oversee the Common Data Environment (CDE) for smooth information flow and collaboration.
  • Solve Challenges: Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts using advanced tools.
  • Push Boundaries: Integrate BIM with real-time data, digital twins, and emerging technologies to enhance project delivery.

 

What You Bring

  • Technical Expertise: Advanced skills in AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Bentley software (MicroStation, OpenRoads Designer), and Navisworks.
  • 3D Visionary: Strong ability to create detailed models and realistic visualizations (Bentley LumenRT experience is a plus).
  • Data Mastery: Skilled in managing large datasets and ensuring data integrity across project stages.
  • Collaboration Champion: Excellent communication skills to engage with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Standards & Strategy: Familiarity with BIM protocols and ISO 19650 standards.
  • Innovation Mindset: Experience with digital twins and integrating BIM data with real-time sources.
