Your Opportunity

 

With the increasing scale and complexity of our infrastructure projects, there is a growing need for a comprehensive and cohesive approach to project controls. To meet this demand, we are expanding the deployment of the UniPhi platform organization-wide. As an Implementation Specialist within the Digital Implementation Team, you will work in partnership with Project Managers, Engineering teams, Business Domain experts, and Digital Services teams to deliver integrated solutions that strengthen both the commercial and financial oversight of key projects.

 

In this capacity, you will take ownership of designing, implementing, and maintaining effective project control systems and commercial management tools. Your efforts will directly support major project teams in adopting innovative digital solutions, while also providing essential guidance, support, and training to ensure successful platform adoption and optimal utilisation. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals enthusiastic about leveraging cutting-edge digital technologies to advance project controls capabilities. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project teams to gather and analyse project controls requirements and define business rules that guide tool configuration and deployment.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of integrated project control systems, including cost, schedule, and risk management tools.
  • Work closely with software developers, data engineers, and digital services teams to ensure solutions align with project delivery needs.
  • Provide training, documentation, and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of project control tools.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable deployment processes and governance frameworks for digital project controls.

About You

As an Implementation Consultant you will have a chance to work with, and leanr from the other members of our team, including software developers, data engineers, project manaers and control specialists. The key skills required for this role are:

  • Sound understanding of project controls processes including cost control, scheduling risk management, contract management and earned value management (EVM).
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, workflows and translating them into functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with change management principles.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Educated to a bachelor's level in business, engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project delivery as a project manager or project controller on infrastructure projects.
