The opportunity

Our major projects demand a structured and integrated approach to project controls, and we are scaling up the implementation of the UniPhi platform across the organisation. As an Implementation Specialist within our Digital Implementation Team, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineering teams, Business Domain experts, and Digital Services teams to deliver solutions that enhance the commercial and financial management of our infrastructure projects. 

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust project control systems and commercial management tools that support major project teams in delivering innovative digital solutions. We are open for conversations and this role can be based in NSW, VIC, QLD, WA and SA. 

 

About You 

  • Strong understanding of project controls processes including cost control, scheduling risk management, and earned value management (EVM).  
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.  
  • Extensive experience using UniPhi in a project control context, or in the deployment of the tool at an enterprise level 
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and workflows.  
  • Familiarity with change management principles.  
  • Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.  
  • Educated to bachelor’s level in business, or a related field.  
  • Proven experience in project delivery as a project manager or project controller on infrastructure projects
