Job Description:
Preparing and recording asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries
General Ledger, Cashbook upload and input
Maintaining and balancing accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies
Compiling and reconciliation of schedules such as P&L, Balance Sheets, Bank reconciliation, and any ad hoc schedules
Supporting month-end and year-end close process
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality
Provide advice to staff on project and overhead coding Follow mandatory process, procedures and policies
Ad hoc accounts and administration duties as requires
What will bring you to the team:
Degree in Accounting, or a similar finance role within a business environment, and proficiency in excel.
0-3 years experiences in Accounting, General Ledger background
Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Ability and willing to learn MM FIS/MIS systems and coordinate the system integration alongside the finance policies and procedures
This role will play a significant part in understanding the multiple system requirements in order to assist with the financial reporting
Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
