Your Challenge
Be involved in the delivery of a wide range of civil engineering projects including foundations, deep excavations, MRT/metro and other projects.
Produce and outline detailed geotechnical design documentation, including reports, engineering sketches, engineering calculations, technical specifications, and tender documentation.
Provide support to writing project proposals and business development.
Having an appreciation of the roles of fellow professionals on multidisciplinary projects and interfacing and coordinating with them appropriately.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge and appreciation of current technical standards and practices and taking a ‘hands on’ role in technical matters.
A role in driving to digital strategies within civil engineering.
Qualification
Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in civil / geotechnical engineering from an accredited university
1-3 years’ experience. Fresh graduate with high profile shall be well considered.
Underground structures for transportation and general geotechnical design
Familiar with latest design software packages (Plaxis, L-pile and others) and general geotechnical support design is preferable but not required
Experienced in cut-and-cover structure design.
Specialisation tunnels and tunnelling (if any) during university studies or during work experience is advantageous.
Exposure to ports, coastal, offshore projects is preferable.
Self-motivated, analytical with a learning mindset.
Excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent written communication with great attention to detail.
A digital aptitude, strong learning mindset and interest to commit to driving social and sustainable outcomes.
Collaborative, open, and constructive approach.
A team player who is enthusiastic, driven and committed.
