Independent Consultant (Contract Worker, Building Services)

Overview:
Lead technical delivery of major building services projects across complex commercial, aviation, healthcare, and mixed‑use developments. Provide design leadership, client engagement, and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary building services project delivery.
• Provide technical oversight for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems.
• Approve designs for quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage client/stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

• 15+ years’ building services experience; major projects required; theme park experience a plus.
• Chartered Engineer (CIBSE/HKIE or equivalent) with relevant degree.
• Strong technical expertise and knowledge of sustainable/low‑carbon design.
• Strong client‑facing and stakeholder management skills.
• English, Cantonese, and Mandarin proficiency.
