We are seeking a skilled MEP Inspector to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works for a park development project in Abu Dhabi. 


Key Responsibilities : 

  • Conduct daily inspections of MEP installations including lighting, irrigation, water supply, and CCTV systems.
  • Monitor installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Attend and respond to Inspection Requests (IRs) from contractors.
  • Identify and report non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Verify that only approved materials and equipment are used on-site.
  • Witness and document testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
  • Ensure systems are operational and meet performance criteria.
  • Maintain detailed inspection logs, daily reports, and quantity verification records.
  • Prepare reports for payment applications and change orders.

 

Skills Required: 

  • Familiarity with landscape lighting, irrigation systems, potable water networks, mechanical fittings, and CCTV/security systems.
  • Knowledge of valves, surge protection, MCC/PLC systems, and MEP chambers.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field. 
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in report writing and use of inspection software/tools.
