Your Opportunity 

We are looking for an experienced Structural Modeller to join the Transport team in the Melbourne office. This role sits within the Bridge & Civil Structures team and will be responsible for developing models, promoting and enabling computational workflows for Transport projects. Working as an integral part of the team on Transport projects, you will have the opportunity to

 

  • Drive the production of structural models & automation processes for Bridge Civil Structures projects
  • Problem solving mindset with high attention to detail to develop innovation opportunities through the application of parametric workflows
  • Provide learning and training support for computational design and application of modelling techniques to team members
  • Apply rigorous quality procedures to review technical and Client requirement adherence for project modelling and drafting
  • Work closely with our Digital Delivery teams ensure a consistent approach across projects.
  • Growing awareness and capabilities across the team through participation in knowledge sharing sessions


About you

 

  • Extensive experience working as a BIM Modeller in Civil/Structural engineering
  • Strong proficiency in modelling & documentation software such as Revit, Dynamo or Grasshopper
  • Experience working within Common Data Environments, such as ProjectWise or Autodesk Construction Cloud
  • Working knowledge of ISO19650 industry standards and its implementation within project delivery.
  • Strong communication skills
