Senior Quantity Surveyor (Site Office - based)

Your Next Challenge

As a promising professional member prepared to further enhance his/her project management involvement with Mott MacDonald as a leading NEC consultant, you will be responsible for the following duties within a site QS team under supervision by our Project Strategy & Delivery Leader Hong Kong for a target cost construction contract adopting NEC ECC main Option C:

•         Cost estimation
•         Evaluation and assessment of compensation events
•         Supporting on tender procurement  
•         Assessment of payment for the contractor's work
•         Provision of contract advice
•         Financial monitoring and reporting
•         Attending meetings and workshops 

What You’ll Need

•         MHKIS/MRICS or equivalent
•         Keen on expanding professional development into non-traditional forms of contract including NEC being increasingly used in Hong Kong 
•         Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese

Candidates with less experience will be offered the role of Quantity Surveyor.
