An exciting opportunity for a talented and skilled quantity surveyor to participate in our varied infrastructure and building projects in Hong Kong.

  • An opportunity to lead the post-contract administration of infrastructure projects adopting NEC ECC main Option C or D.
  • Support the use of NEC forms of contract and the adoption of various innovative collaborative procurement approaches (e.g. framework, direct / centralized procurement, Early Contractor Involvement and alliancing) in Hong Kong public works projects.
  • Join our supportive, collaborative and professional team which is currently expanding.

Based in Hong Kong, as part of and supporting our Asia unit team, you may also have the opportunity to, in addition to supporting the portfolio of Hong Kong projects, navigate and support some of the regional projects across Asia (e.g. Singapore) based on needs.

Armed with relevant professional qualification in quantity surveying (e.g. MHKIS, MRICS) as well as strong analytical and communication skills, you’re able to engage and build relationships at every level with both internal and external stakeholders. With at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience in administering and advising on contracts adopting NEC ECC target cost options, preferably in a leading role.

You’ll demonstrate a team first approach where you work collaboratively yet autonomously as a self-starter. With a good eye for details, a strong resilience nature and an ability to manage multiple priorities, you enjoy new challenges in an ever-changing environment.

Our project team takes pride in delivering quality service to our clients and will support you in your efforts, ensuring you are set up for success.   You will be someone who brings the technical goods, has a voice into what you do, while adding value to our culture.

We share the key responsibilities below and if this sounds like you and we sound like a team where you’ll find a home, reach out and let us know.

Key Role & Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess compensation events for administration of target cost contracts.
  • Monitor and report on financial performance for target cost contracts.
  • Support the delivery of various workshops (e.g. training workshops, partnering and collaborative workshops) to our clients.
  • Conduct reviews and audits such as contract performance reviews and procedural and financial audits with an aim to evaluate and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness in contract administration.

In return, we offer:

  • Engaging and intellectually rewarding responsibilities within a collaborative team environment committed to delivering substantial outcomes.
  • An opportunity to learn and grow by working alongside esteemed professionals and specialists at both local and international levels.
