Transport Planning of Jakarta’s office was formed under Transport Sector, to integrate all aspects of transport, to connect communities, and to deliver a more economic and trusted transport system. Transport Planning’s Jakarta team has been success to provide the experts and practices for the needs of Projects under Transport, Advisory and Water sectors. Our expertise and knowledge in transport sector and our experiences in stakeholder engagement are key strength of our team.

 

To respond the ambitious plans and positive trends on the needs of practices for ongoing and upcoming Transport and Advisory Projects, Transport Planning team is aiming to growth, working effectively and balanced, and provide a valuable service to clients by looking for the additional passionate transport engineer.

Job Description:

  • Support Team Lead during stakeholder’s engagement and ensuring alignment between technical teams, managements, and externals.
  • Coordinate project activities, schedules and deliverables across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support preparation of technical reports, project documentation in clear and professional English
  • Working with Project Manager in monitoring project progress and provide updated to project Team Leader..
  • Report to Line Manager and to Project Manager for daily activities.

 

Candidate Specifications:

  • Having bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and master’s degree would be an advantage.
  • Have 3- 5 years experiences on transport planning and railway study and design process is preferrable.
  • Candidate should possess at least a bachelor’s degree on Civil Engineering, with the specific/major skill in transport.
  • Strong technical and business English writing skills (reports, proposals, and presentation)
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and project team.
  • Analytical thinking and problem – solving in transport project context.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
  • Must have software knowledge on Transport Planning Software (PTV Program)
