Dean Radeloff

Dean Radeloff is the president and CEO of Mott MacDonald’s North America business and a member of our executive board.

He was appointed president and CEO for North America in 2025, having joined the business as regional development manager in 2022. Dean has been instrumental in expanding our business across the United States and Canada through his dynamic leadership, broad expertise, commercial acumen and strong track record of building high-performing teams. He has also previously served on our Shareholders’ Committee.

Dean’s career spans over 35 years across engineering, design and construction. His experience covers the public sector, construction, entrepreneurship, and consulting engineering, giving him a holistic and deep understanding of clients, markets and the infrastructure lifecycle. Prior to joining Mott MacDonald, he successfully delivered more than $3 billion in complex, large-scale projects spanning transportation, water, aviation, and urban development. Dean also founded and led multiple infrastructure and real estate ventures, demonstrating strong entrepreneurial leadership and vision.
