Biography
Freddie Fuller is the development manager for North America. In his role he is responsible for driving development, fostering client relations and delivering Mott MacDonald’s growth strategy across the US and Canada.
A proven leader and a true public servant, Freddie has almost 30 years of experience focused on the transportation industry. He has successfully developed policies and procedures to enhance the delivery of transit services in various roles. Freddie serves as the Immediate Past National Chair of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) and is a former Secretary/ Treasurer of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA).
