Kerry Hancock

Kerry Hancock is the managing director for advisory and programme delivery and brings vast experience from across Mott MacDonald’s business and markets to the role. Before taking on this leadership position in January 2026, Kerry held the post of regional development director for UK and Europe since 2019 where she has put the mantra that “win is as important as do” into action using her client-focused approach. Prior to that, Kerry spent four years in leadership roles, including as a development manager, for the advisory and programme delivery business that she now leads.

Kerry’s career at Mott MacDonald started in 2006 in our energy business where she worked as a management consultant. She joined the business after working for Vodafone in corporate business development following her graduation with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in politics.
