Tell us about your specialism and why you chose it

My specialism in commercial management is focused on ensuring fairness and protecting the rights of all parties involved. At Mott MacDonald, we are committed to transparent and ethical practices that promote trust and collaboration. How has your career progressed since joining?

I have been lucky to assume several roles at Mott MacDonald, starting as the country commercial manager, unit staff council lead, regional practice lead for project, programme and commercial management (PPCM) and the lead for a major programme delivery.

What have you learnt while working at Mott MacDonald?

Resilience and adaptability.

How do you demonstrate Technical Excellence in your work?

I lead one of the biggest practice communities in Mott MacDonald - PPCM, where we engage closely with PPCM practitioners to identify areas for improvement, and offer training and development to ensure the success of individuals and the business.

How do you contribute to Mott MacDonald making a difference to people and the planet?

I engage with teams from across the business on initiatives that serve nature and provide solutions for a sustainable future. I am also part of the leadership team that is delivering infrastructure design for THE LINE - an iconic, sustainable and futuristic city that is one of a kind in the world.

Where in the world has your role taken you?

Many regions around the globe but mostly the Middle East.

What are your career highlights and achievements?

I would just say – I am proud and fulfilled.

Are you involved in any additional initiatives at Mott MacDonald, aside from your day-to-day role?

Yes – sports, specifically padel.
