Biography
Niniane Tozzi leads Mott MacDonald’s North American climate change practice. She is responsible for growing the practice, embedding climate change and sustainability in all of Mott MacDonald’s markets and service offerings, and driving technical excellence across practitioners.
Niniane has over 15 years of experience working with government, researchers, and private sector clients across the US, Canada, the UK, and beyond. She has advised on cities, power, energy, climate resilience, carbon management, and a range of sustainability standards.
Niniane is particularly passionate about wholistic implementation of sustainability and climate change goals into organizational decision-making. This is exemplified by her work with public agencies across the US and Canada to develop guidelines, standards and decision-making frameworks that incorporate sustainability from cradle to grave for infrastructure systems and the communities they serve.
