Biography
Norrie Westbrook is an accomplished Chartered Civil Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers. In his current role, he is responsible for the operational performance of a 1500-strong unit coordinating buildings teams across the UK, Ireland and Europe, with additional responsibility for health, safety and wellbeing. His extensive experience has provided him with a deep understanding of Mott MacDonald’s operations and processes and a comprehensive strategic viewpoint.
Passionate about developing people to become outstanding leaders and exceed clients’ expectations, Norrie has served as a coach for Mott MacDonald’s Emerging Leaders programme. He has developed substantial relationships with key clients and organisations, including the Association for Black and Minority Ethnic Engineers, where he is a sponsor for Mott MacDonald’s broader engagement activity.
