Paul Bentley

Paul Bentley is managing director of JN Bentley, part of the Mott MacDonald Group. He is also a member of Mott MacDonald’s executive board.

With more than 30 years’ industry experience, Paul began his career as a graduate and progressed through roles including site engineer, contracts manager and estimator. This practical background has shaped his visible leadership style and strong focus on delivery.

Since becoming Managing Director in 1999, Paul has driven a culture of continuous improvement and talent development, underpinned by a strong commitment to health and safety. He is recognised for building high-performing teams and nurturing long-term client relationships, particularly in the UK water sector.

His focus on integrity, empowerment and sustainable growth continues to shape the success of JN Bentley.
