Biography
Phil Collin is the chief growth officer for North America. In his role he is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, market expansion and client acquisition across North America. Phil leads the strategic investment initiative, major projects initiative, and M&A activities in North America.
With over three decades of experience, Phil has a proven track record of driving sustainable business growth through rigorous strategic planning, top talent recruitment and client engagement excellence. Phil joined Mott MacDonald from HNTB where he was senior vice president, East region sales officer and held various roles focused on delivering sustainable, profitable and organic business growth.
