Biography
Rebecca is a Chartered civil engineer with 15 years’ experience in delivering complex, multidisciplinary design and build projects. Since joining she has played a key role in leading major schemes across the UK, including Leeds Flood Alleviation Scheme, to deliver vital flood defences through Leeds City Centre.
Rebecca began her career with Mott MacDonald Bentley before moving into a leadership role within Mott MacDonald in 2022. Her ability to manage diverse teams and build strong client relationships has consistently driven successful outcomes in challenging environments.
As portfolio market lead for buildings, focusing on communities, Rebecca supports key government frameworks with clients such as the Department for Education and the Ministry of Justice. Her work spans Northern England, Scotland and the island of Ireland, partnering with local authorities to deliver projects from RIBA stages 0 to 7.
