Sandhya Vinod Krishnan

Sandhya has over three decades of design experience. An electrical and electronic engineer by qualification, she has contributed to major projects across industries including steel, pharmaceuticals and oil and gas transmission and distribution (TND).

Sandhya joined Mott MacDonald as a senior engineer in 2006 as part of the oil, gas and petrochemicals division in India. During her tenure she led and successfully delivered multiple ONG and TND projects in the Middle East and UK.

Sandhya transitioned to Mott MacDonald’s global delivery services (GDS) team in 2017, where she uses her technical expertise, commercial and management skills to enhance project delivery in the energy market with a focus on governance and efficiency. In her current role, she oversees a 33-strong electrical and instrumentation team providing technical support for project delivery and collaborating with stakeholders to advance business development for GDS energy.

Over the last 19 years, Sandhya has mentored several team members. She has also built lasting relationships with clients and colleagues through a collaborative and inclusive approach, fostering growth and innovation across our energy business.
