Sarah Lambert

Sarah leads our Western Australian business and has held senior governance and project leadership roles across major infrastructure programs. With a background in civil engineering and project management, she spent the early days of her career in Texas and Poland. Since moving to Western Australia, she has overseen the delivery of complex Perth-based projects such as the Intelligent Freeways Alliance, Denny Avenue Level Crossing Removal, and the Centre for National Resilience.

Sarah is recognised for her collaborative leadership style, fostering strong stakeholder relationships that support open communication, clarity and effective decision‑making. Her best days at work are spent making connections, building relationships and working hand-in-hand with clients to find solutions.

A strong advocate for agile ways of working, Sarah is a constant supporter of individuals managing careers and caring responsibilities, and believes that joy in both areas can co-exist.
