Job Description:
 

•    Providing architectural design and documentation assistance to the Principal Architect on various building, metro, infrastructure design projects
•    Preparation of architectural drawings and schedules, presentation materials and bid documents.
•    Checking design drawings and ensure quality submissions.

•    Managing the deliverables within cost and timelines.
•    Coordinating with MEP & Structural design teams
 

Candidate Specification:
 

•    Education qualification of B.Arch./ M. Arch from a reputed institute with minimum 5 Years overall experience.
•    Should have experience in using BIM (preferably Revit Architecture) and possess a good command over AutoCAD.
•    Should have worked in a Project wise (Aecosim) environment.

•    Should have a good command over BIM, Photoshop, lumenRT etc.
•    Should be able to interface with Civil/Structural and MEP teams.
•    Possess good communication skills and very good written and spoken English.

•    High attention to details
•    Knowledge of design codes
•    Should be comfortable to travel as per project requirement.
