Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the manager in conducting credit checks, financial due diligence, and data analysis for global operations while ensuring quick turnaround times.
  • Collaborate closely with international stakeholders to validate financial and non‑financial information, enabling data‑driven decision making across the group.
  • Research, analyse, and evaluate diverse data sources to extract relevant insights and contribute to the preparation of financial reports for global business needs.
  • Ensure high‑quality collection, extraction, and analysis of financial and non‑financial data, and accurately enter information into designated tools in accordance with defined guidelines.
  • Perform regular data audits to maintain data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and relevance.
  • Assist the manager with financial reporting, credit management, treasury activities (including banking operations and mandate handling), and maintaining internal controls within the country.
  • Process Accounts Receivable invoices promptly and ensure timely payment of Accounts Payable invoices, site returns, staff expenses, and inter‑entity billing journals, along with preparing required supporting documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve invoicing queries, including cash receipt allocations and debtor follow‑ups. Ensure credit notes are appropriately reviewed and approved in line with delegated authority levels. Support the manager in reviewing existing finance processes, creating process flowcharts, recommending improvements, and implementing enhanced workflows.
  • Monitor intercompany accounts to verify validity of transactions, perform reconciliations, and ensure timely settlement in coordination with Group Treasury.
  • Assist the manager during internal and external audit activities by preparing required documentation and supporting audit processes.

 

Essential Candidate Requirements:

  • MBA in Finance or Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com).
  • Strong analytical skills with effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to research and source accurate information from the internet and online databases.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods when required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with working knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Willingness to undertake business travel as required around India
