Job Description: -
• Guide team for undertaking Sustainable design and consultancy projects.
• Experience with any other Building Physics and Building Performance Analysis such as energy modelling façade thermal performance, thermal comfort, daylight and glare, and CFD, Whole building LCA is beneficial.
• Prepare building energy models using IES, eQUEST, Energyplus, open studio to support sustainable designs and green building rating compliance.
• Experience of undertaking green building certification LEED, ESTIDAMA, CIBSE GUIDELINES
• Analyze and optimize building energy systems & design (Lighting, HVAC, Envelope, Passive systems etc.) performance using software tools, spreadsheets, and manual calculations)
• Experience of parametric modelling and computation design techniques is preferred not essential.
• Experience of handling projects in Revit, AUTOCAD and BIM
Candidate Specification: -
• Bachelor’s degree in architectural or engineering related fields.
• 5+ years’ experience in related fields
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Familiar with global commitments and certification bodies in Carbon and Net Zero
• Adaptable, with a methodical and problem-solving mind
• Have a keen interest and enthusiasm for sustainability.
• Show willingness and advocate in digital transformation.
• Be proactive and motivated personality to self-improve.
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills
• Be open to new ideas and innovation.
• Experience in CFD Software like (ANSYS & OPENFORM)
• Energy performance documentation and facilitation with teams
• Handle independently on sustainability projects (International)
• Proficient in Microsoft software.
