We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented engineer in Building Services/Mechanical Engineering to join our team.  As a Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, installing and maintaining essential systems that ensure the functionality, efficiency, and safety of our building projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a career in building services engineering.

 Your Challenge

  • Plan, design and implement building services systems
  • Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate building services systems into overall building designs.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
  • Apply computer-aided design software to create and modify system designs
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients and team members
  • Prepare technical reports, drawings, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

 What You'll Need 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of building services systems and principles.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) and other engineering design tools.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
  • Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
