Job Description :

• Support file and metadata transfers between Autodesk Forma Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360 & SharePoint, (Additional Knowledge on ProjectWise, Aconex will be an added advantage).

• Knowledge of Workato / ACC Connect or a similar tool for data synchronisation between CDEs will be added advantage.

• Assist with user access, connections, authentication credentials, and basic workspace configuration.

• Monitor automation jobs, record failures, carry out initial checks, and escalate complex issues when required.

• Help create, test, and maintain simple recipes and integration workflows using approved standards and templates.

• Maintain clear documentation, user guides, support records, and operating procedures.

• Contribute to improvements in digital workflows, integration standards, and team knowledge sharing.

• Experience in low-code and no-code development, like dynamo or similar platforms with the ability to design, configure, and maintain automated workflows, data integrations, and business processes that improve information management, data quality, and operational efficiency.
  
  

  Candidate Specification

  Essential

  • Basic understanding of Common Data Environments (CDEs), document management, or digital project workflows.
  • Some experience with, or a strong interest in learning, cloud platforms and automation tools and APIs.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Forma Construction Cloud (ACC), SharePoint, or other Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms, together with an interest in automation, integrations, and its APIs.
  • Good attention to detail and a structured approach to completing tasks.
  • Ability to investigate straightforward issues, follow procedures, and ask for support when required.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with technical and project teams.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and integration concepts.

   

  Desirable

  • Exposure to Workato,/ ACC Connect, Power Automate, or another low-code automation platform.
  • Basic knowledge of connectors, connections, recipes, workflows, or scheduled automation jobs.
  • Awareness of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, or system integration concepts.
  • Experience supporting file transfers or metadata synchronisation between business systems.
  • Familiarity with BIM, information management, ISO 19650, or digital delivery in the AEC industry.
  • Experience preparing user guidance, process documentation, or providing basic technical support.
