Mott MacDonald Singapore is currently looking for a Document Controller to support the document management, control and administration of a large aviation infrastructure project in Singapore. This will be a brilliant opportunity to work within large multi-disciplinary teams in a major project environment, making a tangible impact on our built environment. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for document management control work, including necessary bidding dossiers preparation for projects.
  • Familiar with electronic document management system (EDMS) to store, manage and track documents, provide reports internally within project team and externally to client and interfacing parties etc.
  • Collaborating with different departments to coordinate document-related activities
  • Ensuring compliance with company and legal document management requirements
  • Responsible for upkeep of logs and registers accurately for multi-disciplined projects according to configuration management system.
  • Managing document revisions and ensuring the latest versions are available
  • Responsible for document submission and maintaining records project information in the document management systemUpdating registers for report number and cover letter number generation
  • AssistingAuthority Approval process & Archiving

 

 

About you:

  • Good command of English both in oral and writing
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office
  • 5 years of experience with document controlling in the construction/engineering/infrastructure industry. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to problem solve and locate information.
  • Able to work well under pressure with a tight timeline
  • Site-based role with exposure to contractors, designers, and stakeholders etc.
  • 5.5 days/week.
